Six service areas carry the work: workforce development; leadership and professional development; digital literacy, cybersecurity and AI readiness; project and program management; management consulting and organizational development; and executive coaching. Entrepreneurship and small business technical assistance sits alongside them. Each area is scoped to the requirement, delivered by practitioners, and reported in a form the funder can defend, whether it is engaged on its own or combined into a single multi-component program.

Career readiness, youth and adult workforce programs, workforce skills, professional communication, career exploration, employer engagement, digital workforce skills, and college and certification pathways.

Leadership and Professional Development
Leadership development academies, supervisor development, management training, communication, emotional intelligence, team effectiveness, conflict management, accountability, leading through change, and customized professional development.

Digital Literacy, Cybersecurity and AI Readiness
Adult and youth digital literacy, cybersecurity awareness, online safety, digital citizenship, fraud and phishing awareness, AI fundamentals, responsible AI, generative AI for workplace productivity, AI assisted career development, and technology enabled entrepreneurship.

Project and Program Management
Program design, implementation, project planning, schedule management, stakeholder coordination, trainer and vendor coordination, participant management, budget monitoring, deliverable tracking, performance reporting, and program closeout.

Management Consulting and Organizational Development
Strategic planning, organizational development, process improvement, change management, capacity building, technical assistance, and performance improvement.

Executive Coaching
Coaching for directors, executives, managers, emerging leaders, and business leaders, focused on leadership effectiveness and organizational performance.
Entrepreneurship and Small Business Technical Assistance
Business planning, growth and scaling, strategic planning, financial readiness, access to capital preparation, contracting readiness, government and corporate contracting, capacity building, and technical assistance. Typically procured as a funded technical assistance component within an economic development or small business support program.

Combined scopes
Most awards are not a single service
Agencies and primes frequently need several service areas inside one contract, and splitting them across vendors creates coordination work the client ends up carrying. AAHE is structured to hold a combined scope, with project and program management running underneath the delivery rather than sitting beside it.
The Teen Leadership and Entrepreneurship Academy delivered for the City of Tampa and the East Tampa Community Redevelopment Agency spanned career development, entrepreneurship, financial literacy, college readiness, real estate, leadership development, and digital literacy, managed as one multi-year program.
