Founder and Principal Consultant
Alyssa A. Hogan is the Founder and Principal Consultant of Alyssa A. Hogan Enterprise, and carries the roles of Program Director, Workforce and Leadership Trainer, and Executive Coach across the firm’s engagements.
Her career spans more than twenty years across business management, consulting, program management, workforce development, professional training, entrepreneurship, and organizational leadership. That range is why she can hold a combined scope: the same person who writes the curriculum has also run the program it sits inside, and has sat on the business side of the table with the organizations being served.
Her public sector experience includes work with the City of Orlando, the City of Tampa and the East Tampa Community Redevelopment Agency, Orlando Utilities Commission, and the Orlando MBDA ecosystem through 3D Strategic Management, along with business planning education delivered with Microsoft. That work carries the reporting expectations, stakeholder complexity, and community accountability that publicly funded programs bring with them.
