Acceptance of these terms

This website is published by Alyssa A. Hogan Enterprise LLC, a Florida limited liability company, document number L22000046013. It is called the Company, or AAHE, below.

By using this website you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site.

What this website is, and what it is not

This site exists to describe the Company, its capabilities, and work it has performed, so that a public agency, a prime contractor, a corporation, or another organization can decide whether to talk to AAHE about a requirement.

Nothing on this site is an offer, a proposal, a bid, a quotation, or a commitment to perform work. Nothing on it creates a client, consultant, teaming, subcontract, or contractual relationship between you and AAHE. Work is undertaken only under a separate written agreement, contract, purchase order, or task order signed by AAHE.

Nothing on this site is legal, financial, tax, procurement, or employment advice, and it should not be relied on as a substitute for advice from a qualified professional.

This website sells nothing. It takes no payments, holds no cart or checkout, and has no visitor accounts, logins, or registration.

A form submission is an enquiry, not an agreement

The forms on the Contact page are enquiry forms. Submitting one, and receiving a confirmation message afterwards, does not create an agreement, does not reserve capacity, does not commit AAHE to respond or to perform any work, and does not commit you to anything either.

Requesting the capability statement is a request for a document. It is not a solicitation response, a bid, or an acceptance of any offer.

Please send accurate information, and please do not send anything confidential, proprietary, procurement sensitive, or otherwise restricted through a website form. An enquiry form is not a secure channel and it is not a substitute for a submission through an official procurement portal. What happens to a submission is described in the Privacy Policy.

Risk and responsibility

No warranty

This website is provided as it is and as it happens to be available. AAHE does not warrant that it will be available without interruption, that it will be free of errors, or that it is free of harmful components, and does not warrant that its content is accurate, complete, or current at any given moment.

Descriptions of services on this site are general descriptions. The scope, deliverables, schedule, and terms of any actual engagement are set by that engagement’s own written agreement, and that agreement governs where it and this site differ.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AAHE disclaims all warranties of any kind relating to this website, whether express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AAHE will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any lost profits, lost business, lost opportunity, or lost data, arising out of your use of this website or your inability to use it, whether or not AAHE was told such damages were possible.

This section is about the website. It does not limit, change, or replace anything agreed in a signed contract between you and AAHE, and it does not exclude any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Past performance descriptions

The past performance entries on this site describe work AAHE actually performed for the organizations named, and they are written by AAHE. Where an engagement was performed through another firm rather than directly, the entry says so.

They are statements of work performed. They are not a guarantee, a prediction, or a promise of any result in any other engagement. What a program achieves depends on the requirement, the participants, the sponsoring organization, and the terms under which it is delivered. Further detail on any engagement is available on request.
