Privacy Policy
This policy explains what information this website collects, why it is collected, what happens to it, and how to ask about it. It is written in plain language, and it describes how this site is actually built rather than how a website of this kind is usually described.

Who and what
Who this website belongs to
This website is published by Alyssa A. Hogan Enterprise LLC, a Florida limited liability company, document number L22000046013. The company is called AAHE below, and it is responsible for the information described in this policy.
The site is built and hosted by KJONGSys LLC, which operates the server that the website, its database, and its outgoing mail all run on.
Mailing address: [TBD: business address of record]
Email: info@alyssaahogan.co. Telephone: 407-924-2670.
What the forms on this site collect
The Contact page carries four forms. Each one collects only what you type into it. There are no hidden fields, no file uploads, and no payment fields anywhere on this site.
All four forms ask for the same core information:
- Your full name (required)
- Your organization (required)
- Your organization type, chosen from a list: government agency, prime contractor, corporation, workforce organization, educational institution, nonprofit or community organization, or small business (required)
- Your work email address (required)
Three of the four, Request Our Capability Statement, Discuss a Project, and Partner With AAHE, also ask for your job title (required) and your telephone number (optional).
Each form then asks for what it needs for its own purpose:
- Request Our Capability Statement asks what is prompting the request (optional).
- Discuss a Project asks you to describe the requirement (required).
- Partner With AAHE asks for a solicitation number or program description (required), the period of performance and anticipated award timeline (optional), and the portion of scope under consideration (optional).
- Submit an Inquiry asks for a message (required).
The site does not ask for, and has no field for, a home address, a date of birth, a government identification number, or any bank, card, or other financial detail. Please do not send any of those through these forms.
Why the information is collected
So that AAHE can answer you.
The organization type is used to sort enquiries, because a solicitation from a contracting officer and a general question need different handling and different speed. It travels in the subject line of the notification email for that reason.
What you send through a form is used to respond to your enquiry and to keep a record of it. It is not used for advertising, it is not added to a mailing list, and it is not sold. This site has no newsletter and no signup for one.
What happens to a submission
Two things happen at once, and the first is worth knowing, because a great many contact forms only do the second.
- It is stored. The submission is written into the website’s own database, on the server that hosts the site, where AAHE can read it from the WordPress dashboard.
- It is emailed. A notification containing everything you submitted, plus the address of the page the form was on, is sent to the AAHE inquiry mailbox. It is sent from the website’s own address and set to reply to the email address you gave, so that a reply reaches you.
The stored copy and the emailed copy are separate. Deleting one does not delete the other, and a request to delete your information is treated as covering both.
Information recorded automatically with a submission
When a form is submitted, the form software records a small amount of technical information alongside the fields you filled in. This list was read out of real stored submissions rather than assumed:
- The IP address the submission was sent from
- The name of your browser and of your operating system, for example Chrome and Windows
- The address of the page the form was on
- The date and time
The software also has places to record the city and the country a submission came from. They are empty on this site, because no location lookup service is connected to it. Its feature for counting form views is switched off.
Nothing is recorded automatically when you simply read a page. The web server keeps ordinary access logs, as every web server does. Those include IP addresses and the pages requested, and they exist so that the server can be operated and kept secure.
Cookies, analytics and other companies
Cookies and browser storage
This site sets no cookies.
That is a measurement rather than a general statement. On September 10, 2026 the site was loaded in a fresh browser with no history, and the complete list of cookies the browser held afterwards was empty, on the home page and on the Contact page alike.
There is no cookie banner on this site, because there is nothing for one to ask you about.
One item is placed in your browser’s session storage, named wpEmojiSettingsSupports. WordPress writes it while testing whether your browser can display emoji characters. It holds no information about you, it is never sent to the site, and your browser discards it when you close the tab.
If cookies are ever introduced, by adding analytics or an embedded service for example, this policy will be updated to say what they are.
Analytics
As of the date at the top of this page, this site runs no analytics and sends no information about your visit to any analytics company.
The site is built so that Google Analytics 4 can be switched on later. The tag is written into a page only when two conditions are both true: a Google Analytics measurement ID has been saved in the site’s settings, and the site is set to allow search engines. No measurement ID has been saved. A page loaded in a browser today makes no request to Google Analytics at all.
If AAHE turns analytics on, Google will then receive information about visits to this site, including IP addresses, under Google’s own terms, and this policy will be updated to say so.
Typefaces loaded from Google
The typefaces this site uses are served by Google Fonts. When a page loads, your browser requests a stylesheet from fonts.googleapis.com and two font files from fonts.gstatic.com. Those requests go to Google rather than to AAHE, and Google receives your IP address and basic information about your browser as part of making them.
Those are the only requests this site causes your browser to make to a company other than its own host. Everything else on a page, including every image and every script, comes from this site’s own address.
Links to other websites
This site links out in two places. The Contact page carries a link to an AAHE scheduling portal hosted by HoneyBook, and the footer of every page links to AAHE profiles on LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook. These are ordinary links, and nothing is loaded from those companies unless you choose to follow one.
Once you follow a link you are on a website AAHE does not run, under that company’s terms and that company’s privacy policy. This policy does not govern them, and AAHE is not responsible for what they collect or how they use it.
Social media widgets and embedded content
There are none. This site carries no share buttons, no tracking pixels, no advertising tags, no chat widget, and no video or map embedded from another company. The video on the home page is a file served from this site.
Your information
Who your information is shared with
Only the following, and only in the ways described:
- KJONGSys LLC, which built and hosts this site. It operates the server that holds the website database and sends the notification emails, and its staff can reach that server in the course of maintaining it.
- Google, which receives the request for the typefaces when a page loads, as described above, and which would receive analytics data if analytics were switched on.
- Anyone AAHE is required by law to share with, for example in response to a lawful request from a court or a government authority.
AAHE does not sell information collected through this website, does not rent or trade it, does not share it with advertisers or data brokers, and does not use it to build a profile of you.
How long information is kept
Form submissions stay in the website database and in the AAHE mailbox until they are deleted. AAHE has not yet set a fixed period after which enquiries are removed.
[TBD: retention period, to be confirmed by AAHE]
You can ask for your submission to be deleted sooner. See below.
Children
This website is aimed at organizations that buy training, consulting, and program delivery services. It is not directed to children, and AAHE does not knowingly collect information from children through it.
AAHE does deliver programs for young people. Those programs are arranged with the agency, school, or organization sponsoring them, and any participant information involved is handled under that arrangement. It is not collected through this website.
Keeping information safe
This site is served over an encrypted connection, so what you type into a form is encrypted while it travels to the server. Submissions are stored in the website’s database on that server, and access to the server and to the WordPress dashboard is limited to AAHE and to KJONGSys LLC.
No method of sending information over the internet, and no method of storing it, is completely secure. AAHE cannot guarantee the security of information you send, and asks you not to send anything sensitive through these forms.
Asking for a copy, a correction, or a deletion
Email info@alyssaahogan.co and say what you would like. You can ask for a copy of what you sent, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted from both the website database and the mailbox.
Please include the email address and the organization you used when you submitted the form, so that the right record can be found. AAHE may keep a record of the request itself, and may need to keep information where there is a legal or contractual reason to.
Changes to this policy
This policy is updated when the site changes. The version on this page is always the current one, and the date at the top of the page says when it last changed.
